The Port-Royal building also hosts what is known as one of the oldest traditional breweries in Quebec City. Since 1987, the Brasserie l’Inox offers its clientele a wide choice of traditional and commercial beers, some ten of which brewed from original Inox recipes, and offered regularly or seasonally.

Every day, whatever the season, in this setting of stone, brick and stainless steel, one gets a choice of three or four home made beers, brewed on the premises. Have a fresh beer while looking at the brewers working around the vats.

The ambiance is relaxed and casual.

On the menu, a cheese plate, European style hot-dogs, and cheese nachos. You come to the Inox for the beer, after all!
